The Vistage organization was growing, and their teams were evolving in their workstyles. FS Design Group was engaged to help determine how they could feasibly remain in their current office space through the term of their lease and look to the future with useful data to evaluate various properties for their new home.
After multiple individual and department interviews, and several collaborative visioning sessions with their leaders, we identified their three specific work modes, their primary, secondary and tertiary adjacency requirements and various support and amenity areas proportionate to the demand. By establishing group and individual consensus, we were able to design a new floor plan layout, recommend new furnishings and launch a new color and style palette which was tested in a 6,000 square foot expansion suite. The resulting workplace that not only looked great, it supported their business needs, their culture and authenticated the program for their future facility requirements.
