FS Design Group was selected by Cypress Office Properties to re-position this 95,000 square foot office campus in Mission Valley at 3530, 3550 and 3570 North Camino Del Rio. The design approach leveraged multiple elements to re-define the project branded 35 North. The work included new iconic signage design to enhance the arrival experience and improve wayfinding, exterior enhancements focusing on the large outdoor amenity courtyard and fresh lobby renovations that all worked together to establish a new sense of place. The successful project saw an immediate increase in leasing and resulted in the subsequent sale of the property.
