Amy Tobia Named an Elite Woman of Influence in CRE
Can you feel her influence!? Congrats to our leader Amy Tobia for being named to the 2025 Class of Elite Women of Influence by the national commercial real estate publication GlobeSt!
We’re sharing a few excerpts from the nomination that got her chosen:
“Amy approaches commercial interior design as a business strategy – as it impacts workforce attraction, performance and retention. She keeps FS Design Group’s team focused on exceptional aesthetics, optimal functionality, economic viability and long-term performance. All this is tailored to each individual client’s business goals.”
“Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) centers are gaining traction across California (and beyond) as the Baby Boomer generation ages. Amy has — and is — designing many of them. In recognition of her expertise in this area, she was invited to speak, along with her client, at this year’s national Environments for Aging Conference in Kentucky.”
“Amy supports others in her industry through her work with CREW San Diego, a membership organization dedicated to promoting, educating and supporting professionals in the field of commercial real estate. For several years, Amy co-chaired CREW San Diego’s Education Committee, helping determine and engage topical speakers for luncheons, leadership breakfasts and networking events — all of which support women advancing their careers in commercial real estate. Prior to taking on her role as co-chair, she served on the Education Committee for five years.”
“For the past six years, Amy has volunteered with Represent Us, a national nonpartisan organization focused on building a better democracy by improving elections. She is a member of the More Choice Coalition working to bring Ranked Choice Voting to San Diego. Amy also wrote the script and raised funds for a 2023 Emmy Award-winning informational video on campaign finance reform produced in partnership with the League of Women Voters.”
We couldn’t be more thrilled for Amy to be recognized for her incredible accomplishments at work and in her community, while also being present (and, not to mention, inspiring!) for her family.
