FS Design Group led the design process for the new headquarters for this undisclosed technology provider to reflect their culture, accommodate individual and team work and support the company's evolving business. Areas of focus for the design included the customer arrival experience, team workspaces, ISO Class 2 labs, warehouse and meeting spaces. The team was tasked with evaluation and strategic re-use of existing improvements to extend the project budget. 

A key challenge on the project included accommodating an expedited move-in date, which required rapid completion of extensive client-driven programming for new initiatives and engineering coordination for specialty lab equipment, dust-free clean rooms and an exterior enclosed equipment storage shed for the very large LN2 tank, plus other systems equipment.

Assembling a partnership team of trusted engineers and contractors was instrumental in managing the client-driven programming. This coordination extended to the permit process and logistics in relocating existing sensitive equipment from the old to new facility.

The client appreciated the team’s responsiveness and expertise in meeting the project’s goals for budget, schedule and workplace performance.
