Our original design focus for this client was to create a work setting that expressed their business 3-dimensionally – the structural framework for large-scale commercial real estate investments. Due to their continued success and growth, this is the third project we have designed for SWVP. Their office environment continues to be reminiscent of their core business with subtle suggestions of street and roads depicted by polished concrete circulation paths, multiple room heights allude to various buildings in a town and a charcoal painted open-to-structure ceiling relates to a night sky.
