Amy Tobia Named a Leader of Influence in Architecture & Design 

We are thrilled to celebrate FS Design Group Principal Amy Tobia’s inclusion on the San Diego Business Journal’s 2024 list of Leaders of Influence in Architecture & Design. The newspaper noted Amy’s success and innovation since she joined FS Design Group in 2012 and highlighted her achievements after taking the helm as owner in 2022. This includes leading the talented team of commercial interior designers while expanding our commercial interior design services and expertise in workplace, healthcare, office tenant improvement, lifestyle, electronic laboratory and multi-family housing design. 

The SDBJ called out Amy’s and the team’s innovative solutions for tenant improvements and common space design, both of which have earned the trust of many San Diego commercial real estate owners and property managers. The team recently provided a comprehensive rework of a downtown high-rise’s amenity spaces and is currently working with leading hospital, medical and senior care providers throughout California on new interiors and upgrades to existing spaces. In addition, FS Design Group has expanded its design work in multi-family and mixed-use projects, bringing the same creativity and excellent client service that are the hallmarks of the FS Design Group team. 

Amy’s dedication extends beyond her professional achievements. As a member and sponsor of CREW San Diego, she recently co-chaired its Education Committee, supporting women advancing their careers in commercial real estate. Additionally, Amy volunteers with Represent Us San Diego, advocating for better democracy through improved elections.
