Congrats Bre’an Fox: A SD Metro Woman of Accomplishment 2022

FS Design Group President Bre’an Fox was named to the _San Diego Metro’_s Women of Accomplishment list for 2022 in recognition for all that she has achieved — both for herself and for the greater San Diego commercial real estate industry.

A champion for women in commercial real estate, the veteran designer helped found the now-global CREW Network that delivers invaluable support to thousands of commercial real estate professionals around the world. Throughout the national CREW Network’s and the San Diego CREW chapter’s lifetimes, Bre’an has dedicated her time, talents and resources to helping women advance their careers. She’s held several board positions within CREW San Diego, including president. Today, she serves in an important advisor role for the chapter.

A leader in San Diego’s commercial real estate trade, Bre’an is known for creating spaces that reflect brands, support company culture, optimize functionality and inspire staffs. She founded FS Design Group, which is marking its 30thanniversary this year, as a leading one-stop planning, design, management and relocation firm specializing in commercial and medical office projects.

Bre’an spearheaded the customization of spaces for titans of San Diego industry including The Scripps Research Institute, Palomar Health, Sola Salons and Daybreak Game Company as well as major landlords Regent Properties, American Assets, TIAA CREF, CRUZAN, Emmes Real Estate and more. Bre’an and the FS Design team are currently providing the interior design for three new medical office buildings on the Palomar Medical Center Escondido campus. The trio of buildings, the first of which was recently completed, are part of the 56-acre, $110 million expansion of the Palomar campus.
